We developed and designed this experiential 4-part workshop with you in mind, to offer a foundational understanding of the basic elements of a safe and mindful yoga practice. We have structured the format of this series to be a comprehensive yet easy-to-digest exploration of yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation, yoga philosophy, mantras, mudras, and how to use props to modify and adapt for your unique anatomy.  

The series consists of 4 separate 2-hour workshops which will meet on consecutive Saturday afternoons from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. Each session will build upon the previous session.  We will be limiting the number of enrollments in an effort to maintain the interactive nature of the program and to offer participants the opportunity to ask questions and receive personalized one-on-one attention from us.

With over 5,000 combined teaching hours, devoted personal practices which span well over a decade, and an ongoing commitment to remain active in continuous study and development, you can be assured that all elements of our teachings are consistently being delivered in a safe, intelligent, reverent, and restorative manner.

Whether you are brand new to yoga or someone who just wants to return to the basics, we feel sure that at conclusion of this series you will feel confident and ready to attend your first (or next) yoga class feeling informed and relaxed.
