Join us for a casual and informative workshop on the 4th Limb of Yoga:  Pranayama.  The Breath of Life.


Pranayama is a system of breathing techniques used to harness and transform the universal energy known as prana or life force.


Learn how the simple act of breathing, when approached in a more purposeful and intentional way, can be transformed into a powerful catalyst to stabilize the body and the mind and connect to your inner vitality and wholeness.  


Your breath is one of the most important tools in your well-being toolkit because of its ability to alter the state of your nervous system, regulate the stress response,  and increase the vital capacity of your lungs. Conscious breathing also plays a key role in calming the mind, fostering deeper states of meditation, and supporting overall states of well-being.


Join us in this interactive breath and energy exploration where you will learn several pranayama techniques to incorporate in your own personal daily practices.

TIME:  1:00 - 3:00 p.m.


COST:  $40 on or before October 1st.  $45 after October 1st.


Please arrive at least 5 minutes early. Our events and classes begin and end on time. To ensure the safety and comfort of our attendees, presenters, and staff, the doors will lock promptly at the posted start time and late entries will not permitted. Please do not knock on the door if you are late and the door is locked.

Black Cat Yoga workshops and events are nonrefundable, and your reservation can only be used for the date it was purchased for. In the event that a workshop or event is canceled by us, participants will receive a full refund or a credit to their studio account. Absence or late arrivals to a workshop or series are nonrefundable.
