GENTLE YOGA & YOGA NIDRA

Yoga Nidra, also known as “Yoga Sleep,” brings the body into a space of deep relaxation, allowing you to bypass the physical and critical mind and reach deep into the subconscious. A full-body guided meditation prompts the body to relax deeply while the mind remains inwardly alert in that magical time just before you fall asleep when the body rests while the mind is still lucid. Yoga Nidra is among the deepest possible states of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness.
We will begin with some very gentle and passive floor-based movements to prepare your body and mind for meditation, then transition into stillness for a sublime Yoga Nidra journey. Wear your most comfortable clothes and cozy up in a warm blanket for this perfect opportunity to nourish your body, calm your mind, and reconnect with your spirit.
