The sounds and vibrations of quartz crystal bowls are unmatched. We remember our first experience of receiving these huge vibrational waves of crystalline energy many years ago, and now we have devoted our lives to sharing this vibratory sound healing experience with you.

Healing is something that happens on the inside. It is an internal process and a complex, tender, and personal journey. Sound healing doesn’t take away pain, trauma, or magically heal anyone. But conscious sound and vibrational energy may assist in physical relaxation, creating mental space, and offer much-needed stillness; all of which promote a peaceful inner environment and the possibility for healing to begin.

Join us for a deep-listening journey into the inner stillness of the heartspace. Relax with gentle restorative yoga postures supported by plush bolsters and cozy blankets, and open your heart tenderly to an ambient soundscape of 7 pure quartz crystal singing bowls.

To ensure the safety and comfort of our attendees, presenters, and staff, the doors will lock promptly at the posted start time and late entries will not permitted. Please do not knock on the door if you are late and the door is locked.

​Black Cat Yoga workshops and events are nonrefundable, and your reservation can only be used for the date it was purchased for. In the event that a workshop or event is canceled by us, participants will receive a full refund or a credit to their studio account. Absence or late arrivals to a workshop or series are nonrefundable.
