1.  Visit clients.mindbodyonline.com (memberships cannot be terminated using the MindBody app. They can only be terminated through clients.mindbodyonline.
 

2.  Enter your username (your email address)

3.  Enter your password.  If you forgot your password, click "need a new password"

4.  Click on "my info"

5.  Click on "account"

6.  Scroll down to "autopays"

7.  Click "view" "print" or "terminate"

8.  If you are terminating your membership, note that it will cancel immediately.  If you wish to use the remainder of your current month, cancel the day BEFORE your next autopay processes.  

9.  Terminations made on the same date of a scheduled autopay will be charged as usual and are nonrefundable. 

10.  If you cancel and wish to renew your membership at a later date, it will renew at the then-current studio price.
