We believe that practicing together fosters an important sense of community and offers the highest level of support and guidance.  It is also our belief that in-person live human interaction is the most effective way to teach and the most productive way to learn.  However, we also understand that on occasion it's not possible to make it to class, and so we are offering the opportunity to practice with Lisa and Kevin online with pre-recorded on-demand videos.  If you are on one of our monthly or annual unlimited membership plans, this online video library of on-demand classes, in addition to all of our in-studio classes, is a complementary benefit to you.

However, you do not need to be a member to access our vast repository of mindful yoga classes!  

 

If you are not a current Black Cat Yoga member and are interested in our on-demand classes, we have two options for you.

​

1. Select and purchase one of the options below through MindBody.  If you don't have a MindBody account with us, you will be prompted to create one and sign an online liability waiver.
    

2. You will receive an e-mail shortly after your purchase with a link to sign up on our website using your e-mail and creating a password.  Once we receive notification that you have signed up on our website, we will authorize access to the online library of classes for the time period that you purchased.
