Eight years ago, we began our journey with Catty Shack Ranch Wildlife Sanctuary, inspired by the compassionate work they do to provide safe, loving, forever homes to endangered tigers and other exotic animals. What started as a simple act of support has blossomed into a beloved annual tradition: an opportunity to practice what we like to call Yoga for the Tigers. Every pose, every breath, every donation, and every moment of presence contributes to the well-being of these incredible animals, helping to sustain the sanctuary that nurtures them.

This year, we are honored to continue our partnership supporting Catty Shack Ranch in their mission to rescue exotic animals from dire situations, provide lifelong care, and educate the public about the challenges these animals face both in the wild and in captivity. Catty Shack does not breed, trade, sell, or buy any of their residents. Every animal receives a forever home filled with love and safety.

Join us for a 60-minute accessible yoga experience in a beautiful open field, just steps away from the majestic big cats who call Catty Shack home. After the yoga session, enjoy a private guided tour led by the sanctuary’s volunteers, where you’ll have the chance to meet the residents, ask questions, and learn more about the sanctuary’s inspiring work.

Families are welcome! Our “Cubs Corner” allows little ones to stay engaged with games and activities while adults participate in the yoga session. Afterward, everyone reunites for the guided tour and a chance to see the animals together.

​

Service is at the heart of yoga. And at Black Cat Yoga, we strive to live it by offering our time, energy, and presence to help others. This event is an opportunity for us all to come together for an afternoon of connection and heart-centered support for these magnificent creatures and the dedicated volunteers who care for them.

ALL proceeds from this event go directly to Catty Shack Ranch.
