Mantra & Sacred Sound Journey is a blend of two powerful meditation practices.

MANTRA: In a time when the ground of community is more important than ever, one way to feel a real sense of collective well-being is through group mantra chanting. The recitation of mantras is a time-honored practice that has deep roots in yoga tradition. Singing and merging voices together is natural way to open hearts and turn our attention toward deeper connectivity.

SACRED SOUND: Using external sounds and vibrations are potent ways to tune into the subtle practices of the energy body and pay more attention to what is going on underneath the surface. Recline, relax, and let the external harmonies of quartz crystal bowls, metal Himalayan bowls, gongs, chimes, body harp, Native American flutes, vocals, drums, and more guide you back into the peacefulness of your inherent inner rhythm.

Please bring your own yoga mat. Studio mat rentals are $3 each.

To ensure the safety and comfort of our attendees, presenters, and staff, the doors will lock promptly at the posted start time and late entries will not be permitted. Please do not knock on the door if you are late and the door is locked.

​Black Cat Yoga workshops and events are nonrefundable, and your reservation can only be used for the date it was purchased for. In the event that a workshop or event is canceled by us, participants will receive a full refund or a credit to their studio account. Absence or late arrivals to a workshop or series are nonrefundable.
