Lisa is a yoga teacher, bhakti practitioner, and kirtan leader.  She has been a devoted student of yoga for over a decade and began teaching in 2014. She offers her students a safe and tranquil space to deepen their yoga practice, sharing wisdom from time-honored yogic philosophy and insights from her own dedicated personal practice.

Lisa's classes are rooted in the Bhakti tradition, also known as the "Yoga of the Heart."  With deep doses of mantra, dharmic quotes, sound placement of the body, sweat, joy and love, her classes are a nurturing, nourishing, and balancing experience of breath, energy, and movement.  Her teachings have allowed her the opportunity to witness countless people shift out of fear-based thoughts, behaviors, and patterns and into a heart-centered practice of grace and surrender.

Kevin McCormack is a yoga teacher, bhakti practitioner, and kirtan leader.  He began his transformational journey as a yoga student over 10 years ago, with his commitment to share his passion as a yoga teacher starting in 2014. His reverence for yoga is woven through his teaching and his practice. He creates a space for his students to have a deep inward experience, while at the same time developing a larger awareness of the physical and energetic practice of yoga.

Kevin offers a smooth-flowing, alignment-based sequence that is accessible to all levels of practitioners. His intention is that all yogis may experience the true nature of themselves through the mindful application of breathing and moving their bodies in a deep meditative state of being.
