Black Cat Yoga is a place for people just like you. All ages, all bodies, all abilities. Flexibility, not required. Fancy clothes, not required. Prior experience, not required. Here, yoga is a practice of the heart, not a workout or performance. You can come exactly as you are: exhausted, stiff, curious, healing, holding on or letting go.

It all began with a shared love of yoga, music, and community. We dreamed of creating a space for people who are craving deeper connection beyond simply the physical.

From the first class to weekly sound baths and Kirtan, Black Cat Yoga has grown into a vibrant community. Our intention has always been to help people discover their own path and experience the joy of practicing together.

TO OUR COMMUNITY

Black Cat Yoga is honored to partner with Catty Shack Ranch Wildlife Sanctuary, supporting their mission to provide a safe home for endangered big cats. Join us for ‘Yoga with the Tigers,’ a special accessible 60-minute class on location, with all proceeds donated.  Our next Yoga with the Tigers event is Sunday, April 12.
