Your natural state of being is one of equanimity and well-being; but for a myriad of reasons, you may be someone who finds yourself experiencing fewer moments of tranquility and peacefulness in your day-to-day life.

 

Stress and feelings of overwhelm are at the top of the list of reasons why people come to our yoga studio, seeking breathing space and grounding.   

 

This Deep Relaxation Sound Bath is designed with you in mind. It is your opportunity to step out of the chaos and allow yourself to simply be suspended in a state of sound-induced effortlessness. Give yourself permission to linger in a space of nondoingness while consciously curated sounds and vibrational energy gently encourage your body and mind to deeply relax.

 

There will be crystal bowls, metal bowls, gongs, flutes, drums, vocals, and so much more.

 

It's simple.
It's profound.
And you definitely deserve it.

Please bring a yoga mat.  Studio mat rentals are $3 each.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early. Our events and classes begin and end on time. To ensure the safety and comfort of our attendees, presenters, and staff, the doors will lock promptly at the posted start time and late entries will not permitted. Please do not knock on the door if you are late and the door is locked.

Black Cat Yoga workshops and events are nonrefundable, and your reservation can only be used for the date it was purchased for. In the event that a workshop or event is canceled by us, participants will receive a full refund or a credit to their studio account. Absence or late arrivals to a workshop or series are nonrefundable.
