UNITED IN PRACTICE.
DIVERSE IN EXPRESSION.

In our studio, we believe yoga should be accessible to everyone, no matter your experience, body, or background. That’s why we thoughtfully design our classes so that all students can practice together in the same space. Some classes offer more movement and flow, while others invite stillness and deep rest.  But each is guided with care, modifications, and an open-hearted approach to meet you where you are. Our intention is to create an inclusive, supportive environment where every body feels welcome and empowered to practice.

EVENING YOGA FLOW

Evening Yoga Flow invites you into a breath-led, heart-centered, flowing practice designed for every body and every journey. Often referred to as “Vinyasa” (which means to place in a special way), this mindful practice celebrates the spirit and timeless wisdom of yoga.  Each session blends intentional movement (standing, seated, reclined postures), conscious breathing practices, and moments of reflection to support a deeper connection between body, mind, and spirit. Experienced teachers empower each student to move authentically and in alignment with their own body and heart, while the shared energy of the class fosters a sense of warmth, connection, and community.  All are welcome.

BHAKTI YOGA

The world needs more heart, now more than ever. Bhakti Yoga, known as the “Yoga of the Heart,” is the path of devotion: seeing the Divine everywhere, in all forms or even as formless. Our Bhakti Flow classes offer a nurturing, heart-centered journey through gratitude, compassion, and love. Music, breathwork, mantra, meditation, philosophy, poetry, storytelling, and mudras weave into a rejuvenating asana practice, deepening your connection within and beyond. Open to beginners and longtime practitioners alike!

YIN YOGA

Yin Yoga is a soothing, contemplative practice rooted in the Taoist principle of opposite but complementary forces: yin (cool, receptive) and yang (warm, active). By holding seated and reclined poses for 3–5 minutes, Yin targets the deeper connective tissues, encouraging release and stillness while restoring equilibrium to the nervous system. The long holds and deep openings serve as a doorway into subtle energetic work, patience, and surrender; the physical stretch is just the surface expression of that inner practice. The passive nature of Yin complements more dynamic practices by creating space for quiet reflection and deeper inner awareness.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

Through stillness, breath, and spacious awareness, Restorative Yoga becomes an invitation to soften and return home to your heart. In this nurturing, floor-based practice, the body is gently supported with props in long, restful postures, creating space for deep rest and renewal. Especially supportive in times of stress, grief, or transition, Restorative Yoga invites us to be gentle with ourselves, to listen inward, and to reconnect with the quiet joy and peace that have always resided within.

YOGA & MEDITATION

Invite the rejuvenating energy of a softer approach in this relaxing Yoga and Meditation class. â€‹Nourish your body with mindful, accessible standing, seated, and reclined postures that promote healthy movement and deepen mind-body-breath awareness. Practice at a slower pace, allowing time to find proper alignment and ease. Each class ends with a 10-minute guided meditation (visualization, breathwork, mantra, loving-kindness, and more) to help reduce stress, improve sleep and focus, and enhance overall well-being.

THURSDAY NIGHT
SOUND BATH

Experience the benefits of deep mind-body relaxation in our new weekly Thursday Night Sound Bath. Sometimes called a Sound Journey or Sound Meditation, this experience helps release tension, quiet the mind, and bring the nervous system back into balance as waves of sound from metal bowls, crystal singing bowls, chimes, flutes, gongs, drums, vocals, and other various instruments gently wash through the body.

Your Sound Bath will last one hour, giving you plenty of time to settle fully and let the sounds carry you into deep relaxation. Each session may include a different theme or focus for intention, inviting you to explore a particular aspect of rest, clarity, or heart-centered reflection.

We provide all of our guests blankets and bolsters for support, so all you need to bring with you is a mat or something to lie down on (studio mat rentals are $3 each). There is no movement involved, except for any gentle adjustments you might need to personally make to ensure your comfort during your sound journey.
