INTRODUCTION TO YOGA:
2-DAY WORKSHOP

This experiential two-day workshop is designed for anyone interested in beginning a yoga practice or students who want to revisit the fundamentals.
Over the course of two days (Saturday and Sunday), you will gain a well-rounded understanding of the essential elements of yoga, including the meaning and purpose of yoga, what to expect in a class, simple breathing techniques, common yoga postures, and the effective use of props to support your body safely and comfortably.
This workshop is led by Lisa and Kevin, co-owners of Black Cat Yoga and two seasoned teachers with well over 5,000 teaching hours. Having guided hundreds of students through their first yoga experiences and with extensive experience leading foundational programs, they create a learning environment that is accessible, engaging, and supportive for all students.
With a maximum of 10 participants, the workshop ensures individualized attention and a highly interactive experience.
