Open yourself to love.
In yoga tradition, the heart is said to hold a subtle, mystical sound, an inner vibration that exists in the absence of anything striking together. This perpetual resonance is called Anāhata, the unstruck sound, the “Cosmic Hum” the vibration of creation itself: AUM.
Nāda Yoga is the path of sound. It uses Ahāta (external sound, vibration, music) and deep, mindful listening to bring harmony to the body and mind, while turning inward to experience the subtle unstruck sound: Anāhata.
The Sound of Love.
Give yourself the gift of immersing yourself in this ancient yoga practice of conscious sound, deep listening, and the energy of the heart. Journey into Anāhata, the seat of compassion and unconditional love, and awaken the heart from within.
A thoughtfully chosen selection of tones and vibrations will be shared to guide and support your inward journey.
This is a stillness meditation, with no movement involved. Please bring a yoga mat or something to lie down on.
