SPIRAL OF LIGHT CEREMONY
 

How blessed we are to be part of a community who values spiritual practices and appreciates rituals which honor significant seasonal turning points.

 

Let your heart emerge into the grace of the returning light in a beautiful Spiral of Light ceremony on the Winter Solstice.

 

Sitting side by side with unlit candles allow us to move closer to our understanding of darkness, to acknowledge the pathway it took to get here, and to see the beauty in it as we walk with others.

 

Each person's candle added to the growing spiral of lights symbolizes a return of the light to our planet, our inner light, and the light we shine in the world. Celebrating and honoring this powerful shift from darkness to light deepens our understanding of our own personal cycles of growth and connects us to our inner light...and the Divine Light that guides us in times of darkness.

 

There will be beautiful music, chanting, poetry, journaling, warm herbal tea, and a rejuvenating Winter Solstice inspired yoga nidra practice.

Before you arrive:

We warmly invite you to arrive at least 10 minutes early so you can settle in and fully enjoy the experience. Our events and classes begin and end on time to honor everyone’s practice. To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all attendees, presenters, and staff, doors will be closed at the scheduled start time. Late arrivals will not be able to enter once doors are closed, so we encourage you to plan to arrive a little early.

All reservations for Black Cat Yoga workshops and events are for the specific date purchased and are nonrefundable. In the rare case that a workshop or event is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund. Please note that absences or late arrivals cannot be refunded.
