He began his transformational journey as a yoga student over 10 years ago, with his commitment to share his passion as a yoga teacher starting in 2014. His reverence for yoga is woven through his teaching and his practice. He creates a space for his students to have a deep inward experience, while at the same time developing a larger awareness of the physical and energetic practice of yoga.
Kevin offers a smooth-flowing, alignment-based sequence that is accessible to all levels of practitioners. His intention is that all yogis may experience the true nature of themselves through the mindful application of breathing and moving their bodies in a deep meditative state of being.

David Goedtke, RYT-200, began his yoga journey in 2007. It was recommended to him as a way to work through a stressful time his life...a way to achieve a healthy work-life balance. He was inspired to share what he has experienced in his own practice in 2016 when he was introduced to Yoga 4 Change, a non-profit organization that provides trauma informed yoga classes for underserved populations which include vulnerable youth, veterans, incarcerated individuals and those dealing with substance abuse.
His training in this field informs all of his teaching by creating a safe space by providing a clear overview of what to expect during the class, to allow for choices by using permission language and to provide context as to why we are doing what we are doing, allowing students to more fully experience what they are feeling in their body as they move from posture to posture. He is enthusiastic to share what he has learned on and off the mat with other yogis.
